Introduction: TSH-secreting pituitary adenoma (TSHoma) sometimes brings on rare cause of hyperthyroidism because of its excessive TSH secretion. Though the first line of treatment for TSHoma is surgical removal of tumour, hyperthyroidism often causes perioperative thyroid storm.
